Shipping

All orders received before 1 pm (AEST) are dispatched at the latest the next business day. All orders are fully traceable, and a tracking notification will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

*Dispatch and Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times and delays during peak periods including the Holiday Season of November through to January, as well as due to adverse weather, or other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond ZIA SKN's reasonable control. 

Online orders are processed and shipped from Sydney, NSW Australia so we follow any local Public Holidays.

Once orders are placed, they may not be able to be edited, added to, or cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order.
